CRM AUDITS & OPTIMIZATION

See what is getting lost inside your CRM.

A contact record is only useful when someone knows what to do next. LOYTI reviews how inquiries become opportunities, where follow-through breaks down, and which reports support a real business decision.

THE APPROACH

From a business problem
to a working plan.

  1. 01

    Trace the customer journey

Follow representative records from acquisition through qualification, follow-up, proposal, and outcome. Review forms, integrations, assignment rules, stage definitions, and the information needed at each handoff.

  2. 02

    Find the execution gaps

Examine data completeness, duplicates, overdue actions, and reporting definitions. Distinguish information that is missing from information that has never been collected, including subscription permission.

  3. 03

    Prioritize a practical repair

Rank changes by impact, effort, and dependency. Agree on ownership and acceptance checks before changing live workflows. Keep backups and a clear recovery plan for data changes.

WHAT YOU TAKE AWAY

Clear deliverables.
An agreed scope.

The final deliverables, timing, and fees are confirmed in your proposal.

AN EXAMPLE TO MAKE IT CONCRETE

A lead with no next action

Illustrative engagement: a website inquiry enters the CRM, but nobody is assigned to qualify it. An audit would trace the handoff, identify the missing owner or task rule, and define a measurable follow-up process before automating it.

BEFORE WE TALK

Useful questions.
Straight answers.

Will I have to replace my CRM?

An audit begins with the system you already have. Replacement is a separate decision based on requirements, cost, and the limits of the current platform.

Does an audit include changing live records?

The audit and implementation scope are agreed separately. Read-only review can identify issues first; cleanup, workflow changes, and imports require an approved implementation plan.

Can you connect marketing activity to sales outcomes?

We can review the available source data and define an attribution approach. Missing historical tracking cannot be reconstructed reliably without supporting evidence.

What access is needed?

Access depends on the review. We start with the minimum required permissions, documented exports, or a guided review, and agree how business information will be handled.

A PRACTICAL NEXT STEP

Start with the problem you want to solve.

Bring your current process, your biggest constraint, and what a better result would look like. Discuss the scope with Brice before committing to a project.
