CASE STUDY · LOYTI’S OWN BUSINESS

From an inquiry
to a clear next step.

How LOYTI brought website inquiries, conversations, appointments, and commercial records into a connected business workflow.

THE DESIGN PROBLEM

A website form is the beginning of a conversation.

For a consulting business, collecting a name and message is only the first step. The request needs an owner, a relevant response, a way to book time, and a record of what happened next. Commercial work then needs its own clear path through proposals, contracts, invoices, and payment status.

LOYTI’s implementation connects these steps in an owner-controlled business console. The design keeps the visitor’s original question available, separates website-originated conversations from unrelated email, and makes the next action visible.

THE CONNECTED WORKFLOW

Five stages. Clear handoffs.

    Website request and original context

  2. 02Respond

    Ownership, reply, and next action

  3. 03Meet

    Appointment with source attribution

  4. 04Scope

IMPLEMENTATION DECISIONS

Useful automation
needs boundaries.

Keep the inbox focused.

The website inquiry inbox includes requests initiated through LOYTI’s website and replies belonging to those conversations. An unrelated email from the same sender does not become a website lead simply because the address matches. Spam, trash, and blocking controls support review.

Keep permission separate.

A request for business help does not automatically become newsletter consent. Automated responses and follow-ups have their own eligibility checks, review states, and pause controls.

Link outcomes deliberately.

Booking links identify their originating page. A proposal can be explicitly linked to a qualifying inquiry or appointment. The revenue report uses verified live payment records and accounts for refunds; incomplete, test, or disputed payments are not presented as successful collections.

WHAT HAS BEEN VERIFIED

Evidence of implementation.

The implementation includes automated checks for website-only conversation scope, source matching, proposal attribution, and payment aggregation. Tests use synthetic records. They check, among other cases, that unrelated email stays out of the inquiry inbox and that joining multiple sales records does not multiply reported collections.

The public newsletter archive also provides a concrete discovery example: all 60 published articles passed the rendered-page checks on November 7. On that date, Google Search Console accepted the sitemap and reported 88 discovered site URLs; its live test said the October 2026 newsletter could be indexed and detected valid breadcrumbs.

These are implementation and crawl-readiness observations. They do not establish rankings, readership, time savings, or increased sales. The inspected article had not yet been indexed in the supplied Google Index report. Newsletter-attributed business outcomes had not been recorded in the baseline check.

The business console and customer records remain private. This case study publishes no inquiry contents, customer identities, credentials, or private financial records.

THE BUSINESS TAKEAWAY

Build the next action into the system.

The transferable pattern is simple: preserve context, assign ownership, define the next step, and measure the outcome with evidence. A business can apply that pattern to one workflow before considering a larger platform change.

For a client engagement, LOYTI would first assess the existing tools, permissions, data, and operating requirements. The appropriate solution could be a CRM repair, an integration, a bounded automation, or a focused custom application.
